When I cut the bud apart to get busy, I think about what people have said about this strain... "feels like you've been hit in the back of the head with a shovel".
When I get ready to light her up, I hope they're right.
I smoked 2 hits to the head last night (may have been 3, but I can't remember).
This is a really powerful Indica girl!
Thought provoking, pain killing, somewhat couch-locky.
The taste lets you now that you're smoking some serious kind bud.
Not too bubblegummy when she finishes, most of the bubblegum smell is in mid flowering, after that she begins to smell more menthol than bubblegum.
Although, the bubblegummy sweetness is always there til the end, just not like it was in mid flower.
The stone keeps coming for about a half hour. I got higher and higher until I passed out sitting up in my chair. I NEVER sleep sitting up. I slept sitting up last night!
This is a strain that needs a full finish to reveal her super-potent head.
It's worth the wait - about 55-60 days 12/12 - and 50-55 days 10/14
Another thing, make sure she's well-flushed. It would be a shame to taint this bud's taste with residual elements.

Veg Stage:
The germination was 5/5. Female to male ratio was 2/5. Both of the phenotypes I got were the bigger longer phenotype of Bogbubble (BOG said he like this one better, Super Bogbubble pheno I believe). She has very vigorous growth in veg. The plants develop very strong side branches. This thing does not ever need to be topped. It will be a monster when put into bloom. Expect 7-8 weeks in veg. for a super fatty bush.
Bloom stage:
Excellent!!! Big fat yields can be expected from this monster (7-8 ounces no CO2). The smell is strong, but not the smell of Chronic. It has a little fruity smell in it. I would call it a stealthy smell, because it stinks but not like strong cannabis. The nugs are completely crystal coated as you would expect with most of what BOG works with. The buds get thick a fat. There are a ton of different bud sights. I mean there are flowers every damn where. It does get large though so give it some room. It cannot be considered stretch though, because of the large number of bud sites all over. BB is an excellent gram to watt producer. The calyx on the BB get nice and thick looking glossy at maturation.
Final evaluation:
Overall one of the top strains I have grown. BOG capture all the great things about the original White Label Bubblegum. BB is an excellent strain and for the money maybe the best per dollar. He makes the seed packs real fat so you can find a solid phenotype. The taste, smell, high are top notch. The yield is amongst the Top 2 I grow. It?s a super yielder with huge fat nuggets. The taste resembles Juicy Fruit. The high is a nice deep Indica stone. Not recommended for day time. Another one of my lazy cannabis strains I love so much. Strong Indicas like BB tend to do that to you. I am a big Indica lover so I always have lots of Indicas in my garden. This strain is one of the better ones I got in my Top 10. All BOG strains I row are excellent yielders. Congratulations to BOG for having excellent yielding strain that have great smoke.

The bud itself, completely dried and cured smells of grapefruit but once burned it tastes hashy but yet clean that's very smooth on the lungs. The high can be very visual with a large amount at a short time, it falls in the visual category along with MTF and A11 IMHO. It has a psychedellic element along with a sedative, couch-lock like high that will leave you drooling all over yourself! On the downside of the strain, once smoked it will leave you confused for about 15 minutes then it kicks you in the butt afterwards! The texture of the bud is very pliable, great for joints and blunts but I would NEVER burn this product without a nice, clean glass piece. I weep everytime I have to burn this beautifully shiney bud, the trichomes are large and plentiful and can be found all over the product. This is by far the most crystally bud I have ever had the pleasure to grow. It's as white with trichomes as it is with green-leaf matter. It trully is a sight to behold.
Easy to grow, I found that tending to these plants is very easy. Just give them their daily light and water and they will take care of everything else. Good for newer growers that want to get started.

November, 2002 |
There were 2 female pheno types isolated from 5 plants. 100% germination rate when 5 seeds were planted. There was a taller, skinnier sativa-ish phenotype that stank to high heaven and this stout, huge yielding indica. This was a third generation clone grown 100% organic in soil. This plant didn't have the smell of the other phenotype but yielded almost twice as much.
It yielded 4 ounces. Out of 3 plants it was the only BogBubble in the garden. 3 plants were vegged, topped and flowered. It became very overgrown but the Bogbubble conquered all the plants in terms of leaning contests. Organicly fed according to BOG's mehods. The plant bends as it ripens because of the weight. As it ripens the buds become extremely thick and dense develop white, then to orange hairs. The tops of the buds are rounded in a dome-like manner with protrusions springing forth many pistils. Make sure you are in low humidity when growing this to prevent mold because of the density of the buds. The smell when opening the cabinet was apparent. Upon smelling the bud up close, I observed a sweet yet subtle hashy smell to it. The buds developed so many trichomes there were trichomes underneath the small leaves protruding from the cola. These are very easy to grow and are lush in an organic garden.
I prefer to harvest my crop when the trichomes are mostly white and little clear with little to preferably no amber because I feel the plant ages anyway as it cures. Trimmed and hung buds until main stems snapped cured in Mason jar for 1 1/2 months. The jars are not strong smelling upon opening but the smell is very sweet like smelling sugar. The taste has matured into a floral narcotic taste to it upon lighting in a spliff. It tastes good until the end of a huge spliff and is always complemented when smoking with my brethren. The sativa phenotype mentioned above was more bubblegum tasting. This is very smooth narcotic opium-like smoke and isn't harsh. I prefer to vaporize in a Vriptech and the vapors are even sweeter. It tastes like inhaling very sweet, flavorful vapor which stays in your mouth for a while. I bet the high and taste will get better with more aging.
The high has a nice calming effect on the body and mind. In small doses it will keep you calm, yet invigorated. It comes on slowly and doesn't have any paranoia with any heart-racing effects. It keeps a cool and wise head during the days activities. In high doses it will knock you on your ass and put you in the zone. It is still possible to converse in this crazy manner; however you are so relaxed you just want to take a nap, just like a good indica should.
All in all, this is great ganja. I prefer this phenotype. Since I harvest before amber trichs, the high is invigorating during the days activities if kept in low doses. It is calming on the nerves and is a great stress reliever. It keeps you humble and wise. As a great calming agent, it is great for medicinal purposes in large doses. It relieves pain and prevents nausea. It is also great for relaxing and meditating. It yields high and will leave you with tons of highly resinous buds. The clippings make fine bubblehash. This is very high grade herb and is usually always the jar I hit up when I want to get irie.
If the above is hard to read, I'm high as shit on it right now... Bless...

Bad germ rate. (sorry BOG) 2 of 4 germinated. Had 2 females though.
Slow initial growth. It never really takes off in height, but has lots of branching. Really compact plants. Perfect for small closet setups.
Takes a lot of abuse without showing signs of stress. PH went off, over-watering, almost dried out, nutrient screw up. They went on like nothing happened.
Wide, dark green Indica looking leaves without looking like a typical marijuana plant. Smells very sweet in mid flowering. Overwhelming sometimes.
The 2 girls are quite uniform. The only major difference seems to be flowering time.
#1 shows preflowers right after switching to 12/12. (Veg time a bit too short IMO).
#2 Shows sex over 3 weeks after switching. Stays very short.
Chopped #1 at 7 weeks. Big yielder. Lots of shiny trichomes. Best looking plant I ever had. Harvested the top buds from the fast BB pheno. The buds are big and compact. Almost all calyxes and no leaf makes manicuring this bud easy. Manicuring is the most boring part so for those of you out there who are tired of hours of cutting small sticky leaves, this plant's for you.
The smoke is smooth. Not very bubblegum tasting, but mild and slightly spicy. The smell is overwhelming and stays for a while in the room. Expecting non smoking guests? Smoke another strain.
Our first reaction after one joint is:
Good smoke, but not really a one hit wonder. Then it comes slowly. Nice relaxing stone that keeps coming for half an hour.
I lit a small joint and after 30 min. I came to myself thinking this pot is a killer, and after only one joint. Then I discovered that I had only smoked half of it...
Creeper stone I give the BB a perfect 10. And my tolerance is high being an everyday smoker.
I believe a good long cure is what this strain needs to give you its full potential.

HOLY SHIT!
The best stuff I've ever done!
Nothing has ever smelled this bad which is a good and bad thing. To start off I had 100% germination. Then I got 10 females out of 12 seedlings. I flowered small so not to waste time in veg while not knowing the sex, so they weren?t really that big to start flower.
Then they had a severe nute problem with some new stuff I tried out and sort of stopped growing for a while. But in flush they REALLY filled out. I just kept letting them go. They probably flushed for 3 weeks.
The taste and stone were like nothing I?ve ever had. It tastes soooooooo good some like candy some like grapes. When I open the jars for curing u can smell the skunk on the top floor of my house.
The stone totally kills you. I let them go really long so that?s probably why lots of CBD. But everyone else who I give it to says that if they smoke a J of it they can't do anything else for the rest of the day.
This is the best stuff I?ve ever done and would recommend it to ANYONE.

Well, here we go.... Outdoor BogBubble!!!
First off, sorry for the shitty pics. Fucking digi cam sucks. Also, the guy I teamed up with this year did not want me to take any outdoor pictures. Fucking Fag, just let me take a damn picture. Last pic is one of the cloning rooms. All bogbubble room before they were put out. Wish I had more pics!!
Second, I just took 3 hits and I'm fucked up so, there may be many mistakes.
Med Users:
This is great shit. My girlfriend just came home from work, complained (like usual) about her cramps all day. "I can not concentrate, like a knife my stomach" After three hits she started talking about how pot is great for cancer/aides patients and how she feels 1000x better.
Lets get started:
Started around 150 BB clones.
Put the plants in 5 different locations... the shitty part. 2 spots, near each other, over 200 plants... Big Bud, Magic Bud, Ducksfoot, Adirondack Gold (best pot in the world, IMO), Bogbubble and then ROBBED. That's right.... fucking hunter (most likely hunter's, it was two huge fields). I won't waste your time with details but remember outdoor growers... The most important part of outdoor growing, not strain, not sun, not water, not soil, it’s location location location. You can have 12 foot plants, the best pot in the world and it doesn't matter if you get robbed. Remember that.
Plants were put out anywhere from 3inch to 2foot clones. This plant really needs a good root base before it should go out. 3inchers when I put them out only grew to 2 feet. 5 inches grew 3 to feet. 1.5 foot clones grew out to 5 feet tall. This is max for Bogbubble.
Unlike what BOG recommends, you should top this plant outdoors. I know it is a branchy plant, but Bogbubble has a very weak stalk. So, outdoors with large wet (because of morning dew) buds it because top heavy. This will keep the plant weight more distributed and reduce mold by keeping the buds smaller.
Mold
We had an extremely wet summer here in the Northeast. Bogbubble showed mold in the veg. stage but responded VERY well to store bought (neem and non-neem) based products. Rained 3.5 inches a week before harvest and mold was not much or an issue.
My problem with bogbubble outside is its lack of vigor. Big Bud was touching a pine tree no sun all day and when the Big Bud plants were 6 feet the bogbubble was only 3 feet. Plant is very compact and small. Would be great for a back yard who is looking for stealth. Small compact plant with lots of buds. If this is what you are looking for in a outside plant then Bogbubble is for you.
Grow Style:
Visit plants once every two weeks, 1 hours in the AM, feed, mold and deer spray.
Location:
Northeast - Closer to Canada then NYC.
Maturity
September 19-Oct5 Didn't think if would mature in time. But don't worry it will. Grew from clone so this will (my opinion) usually decreases the maturity time by about a week. So Oct 10 from seed late Sept. from clone.
Potency:
10... Great shit. 1-3 hits and your blasted. Only thing that gets me higher is my AG. Great mix between body and head. Outdoor potency is BETTER than indoor potency. I have grown Bogbubble both in and out and Outdoor is more potent.
Taste:
Great!! Like great kind bud... you all know what that taste like, I don't need to explain
Conclusion (This is an outdoor analysis... Indoor I give it a A-)
Overall B
Potency 10
Taste 8
Finish in time 6
Yield 7
Ease 7
Height: 3-5 foot
If you're a small time grower looking for a great looking, tasty, very potent plant this is a great plant for you. If you are a outdoor grower looking for large plants this is NOT for you. This is why I gave it a B only because of the size and yield outside Yield was good for the size of plant but I like larger plants.
Bag appeal
Great. Nice green buds with orange hairs and tons of crystals. Recommended for looks.
Again remember about the stalks!! Make sure you top the plant or stake and tie it up. Bud weight is too heavy
May work on some outdoor crossing. Love the potency so crossing it with a larger local outdoor strain may improve it's outdoor appeal. Maybe a purple cross?
Sorry... Just ran out of gas. Need to go to bed, PM if you have any questions. I know I'm forgetting a lot.

Bog bubble was a very fun strain to grow. I started with 14 seeds and ended up with 9 females.
In veg they all grew even and were short and branchy with nice dark green leaves and sturdy stems. No real problems at all except that they like to have lots of root space and some needed to be re-potted earlier than I would have normally.
When I flipped them to 12/12 there was a minimal stretch of about 75% of the original size. They started to flower quickly and were starting to show the first trichs at two weeks. I was really happy to see the resin start so early.
Once they were fully flowering FROST was the key word. Bogbubble is the most trich-laden bud I have grown from seed. Every single plant had a full coat of resin that made sticky fingers inevitable. I was very happy because sometimes when growing out new seeds one or two will be great and the rest will be just ok or average. With Bogbubble though even the plants that are obviously not keepers because of structure or growth ECT. are still highly resinous and more than worth the time to grow them out. I think on average Bogbubble will be very consistent in giving short stocky resinous buds but will still give you the variation in the plants bud structure to find what you are looking for.
Awww the smoke. Good good good. Very potent individuals can be found for sure but on average Bogbubble was a solid 60/40 high leaning to the indica side. I didn't get the sleeping sitting up effect but Bogbubble is a good strong indica without question.
The taste was really pronounced on two of my nine and was very sweet with a very dank after taste. The others were good but more of a mild sweet flavour.
Over all I am very happy with Bogbubble It lived up to BOG's description and was a ton of fun to grow. I would recommend it to anyone.

Easy to grow, and I was lucky enough to get 4 girls from 6 seeds. I can’t really add too much of any significance to what has already been said about Bogbubble plant care and growth. The seeds are easy to pop, I did mine in water for 24 hours and then put into soil. The seeds were vigorous and never gave any problems in veg. One plant was a trifoliate but went on to develop normally. In flower, the plants more-or-less doubled in size, much of this growth occurring in the first 2-3 weeks. The plants were quick to frost up and didn’t show any nutrient problems. Root formation was notable for Bogbubble and I would encourage large containers to allow good root growth.
Smoke report.
A great smelling weed, but one that won’t stink the room out like white widow can. This was a very crystally weed, and it looks great with all the trichomes glistening. After harvest I was stoned so much that it took a long time to get round to the report. Literally it took a couple of lost months to find time, so I guess you could not call Bogbubble a good ‘day time toke’. That’s how good this weed is, but from my experience this is best taken with the wife and kids in bed and the telephone unplugged. If you have a hot chick then good for you – you will appreciate her all the more after a toke of Bogbubble. Another feature of Bogbubble is that the second joint of the day is just as good as the first. Some weed isn’t really powerful enough to lift you when you are already stoned but this stuff is!
Curiously I got the flu after harvest and found that one toke of the Bogbubble cleared the pain, re-invigorated my soul, and gave me an appetite once again. I am not joking, I was laid on my bed feeling like death warmed up until I hit the Bogbubble, so I reckon the med users will like this weed.
In terms of potency I think it is worth an 8 or a 9 which is VERY high from me. It reminds me of White widow in terms of potency, but perhaps not quite as crazy as widow. You won’t be disappointed with the quality of this weed, make no mistake it is a humdinger. Great for anyone with imsomnia as well, toke this baby late at night and you will struggle to get off the sofa and into bed, unless you have a hot chick awaiting you that is….
During my grow I noticed that one of the Bogbubbles had pink trichomes, the BOG himself kindly mailed me to tell me that this was his personal favourite pheno. To be honest they are all great plants, but it was nice to hear from BOG on this pheno. He was right, the pink-trichome plant is a beauty and a substantial smoke. Yields from all the plants were good, though to be fair I was growing under fluoro’s, I would love to see this baby grow under HPS.
All in all, Bogbubble comes highly recommended. It was so good I didn’t get round to posting my grow report for 2 months. You will not be disappointed by this plant, and if you are it means you didn’t grow it correctly

I decided to grow bobbubble after reading lots about BOGs strains. I started 2 bogbubble seeds using the paper towel method. They both sprouted within 48 hours. Growth on one of the plants was slow and it was the runt all along. It turns out the male of the two was that runt. So I was left with one Bogbubble female. The plant was very sensative to all nute changes, stress, etc. Throughout both veg and flower she showed many deficiencies. Toward late flower she became very top heavy but I was confused as to where all this weight was coming from. The buds didnt develop to well and were fairly leafy. Yeild was somewhere near 14 grams dry. Overall I would grow this plant again, but finding a good mother pheno may be the key to ones satisfaction.

At first, I wasn’t going to write a report for this strain. After wrestling with it during growth, and unsatisfied with the final product, I was somewhat let down.
However, I've given myself time to mill over the BogBubble grow, as well as let the final product cure, and I feel that now I have a solid report to offer.
This was my first attempt at multi bucket DWC. I grew individual DWC's with THSeeds Bubblegum before and got excellent results, so I figured I would do just fine with the seven-site setup.
There were some factors I didn’t consider... a learning curve going from two or three buckets under a four hundred, to seven under a 1000 for example. The biggest mishap was flowering them too late. Reading other reports in the strain guide, I let these go to sixteen inches and larger before flowering because most said they had minimal stretch. However, mine went notably beyond the four feet I have allotted to vertical growth. To make matters worse, a female in the center of the garden outgrew the others and rested its [massive] buds on the other plants, effectively shading them.
There were seven plants to begin with, four ended up being female. The biggest female that I spoke of made up most of the weight, by far. I would say it yielded about six ounces plus. The other plants yielded skimpy because this monster cut off their light. Together, the remaining three females may have yielded about an ounce to an ounce and a half a piece.
My biggest complaint was the appearance of male bananas on the plants. Toward the end of flowering, there were a few here and there on two of the four females. This could have been from over crowding, as I spared no expense getting the other parameters down. However, Bog himself stated in a PM to me (after I asked about the genetic stability of his strain), that Bogbubble has some hermie traits in its genes, which can manifest themselves in less than ideal conditions.
After their unpredictable stretch and hermie characteristics, I was very disappointed. I assumed the bud would be full of seed. However, after it was trimmed and dried, I could only find one seed in over nine ounces, so that was a big relief. It weighed out to about what I expected. Nine plus isn’t a bad figure for four plants, especially considering three were all but living in the dark.
Immediately after drying, I was not impressed with the appearance of the bud. It looked good, don’t get me wrong, but didn’t seem to have the qualities I have come to associated with A+ genetics. The smoke was somewhat uneventful as well.
At this point, it has been curing for two weeks. Now, the bud has a nice texture and appearance, and the crystals are really starting to gleam. It has an excellent odor, and tastes very, very good out of a clean, glass water pipe. I have to say, I am certainly happy with the product. Although there were some screw-ups on my part, the bud still turned out great after a few weeks in the jar.
I have to say, it gets you very high as well. Definitely indica influence...narcotic type of bud that is very relaxing. After about two hours or so, you have to smoke some more or else you’ll fall asleep...good stuff. As compared to my last grow, THSeeds Bubblegum, I'd have to say it’s a close call. Bogbubble, being bogs bubblegum, is a good comparison test. I’ve seen debates on the matter in forums during months past. My opinion would suggest the finished Bogbubble has a slight edge over the THSeeds Bubblegum. The TH had a nice high, but the smell and taste weren’t as pleasing as this BogBubble. In terms of nug appearance, or bag appeal, I would say each of these are good contenders, perhaps giving a nod to the TH. The TH is also much more stable and manageable as opposed to BogBubble. The TH plants were incredibly uniform...like clones from seeds. The BogBubble exhibited some variation. It was also more sensitive than the TH. More importantly, the TH was marketed as a strain that stays low and bushy, and it did just that. The BogBubble, however, did not stick so much to this description, and tended to stretch considerably more than what had been advertised. As a plus, odor was more than controllable with a carbon filter, which should be a standard item for everyone in this hobby.
Overall I give BogBubble a good mark. The product is very nice. I don’t give it a stellar review because of variation and stretch in the strain, as well as the appearance of hermie traits. The real question: would I grow it again? Although it was certainly worth my time, and I relish the product, I would probably not devote my garden to BogBubble again. There are strains that are much more exotic, which offer a better all around experience. As a final thought, I would recommend THSeeds bubblegum over BogBubble if you were considering one of the bubble varieties.

I grew out a pack of Bogbubble not knowing what to expect. I had heard great reviews but was still skeptical as there were some BOG bashers, and others claiming "average" potency. I now know that these people didn't know what they were talking about or got a poor phenotype.
I started a pack of seeds and out of 15 only was left with one female!! Fairly dissapointing as I saw a lot of variation between the plants. One male was especially special, as it grew the largest leaves, thickest stalk, and a pungent odour. The phenotype of the lone female looked to be almost a sativa/indica mix. It still had the tight internodes, however the leaves were not as thick.
I took 6 clones from the female and rooted them in perlite and vermiculite. Then placed them into the 6" netpots full of rockwool. The plants grew a lot faster than they had in the soil pots they were started in, but the veg growth was extremely slow. I had to harvest by a certain time, so I has forced to flower before they had a chance to reach proper size for the space.
The went through veg cycle with no problems. The stretch during the first two weeks of flower was minimal to say the least. They seemed to continue growing at their original pace, and then stopped after around 3 weeks of flower. They didn't fill out the screen I made but there were still enough buds to make it a worthwhile harvest.
They were under a 940 watt HPS as well as a 430 watt HPS. There was an inline fan for exhaust, and passive intake was used. During the last two weeks of flower I was busy with school work and made the mistake of neglecting my babies. One specific incident had the pH dropping to the low-mid 3's for two days. The plants had a rough time with this and it showed in the growth, i beleive through a magnesium deficiency. Next time will try to perfect the nute cycles, as I didn't quite get the handle of "feeling" how much nutes to put based on the plants, but I have picked up quite a bit of knowledge from this first DWC grow.
The plant growth characteristics were not very acceptable in my books, but the buds that started to grow and swell made me not even think twice about them. Thick, juicy, white buds were starting to make my room smell like someone spilled some sort or artificial sweet odour in the air. It really smelled like those little round cheap peices of gum that are multicoloured. Well the plants smelled the way they taste.
Once it was time to harvest I had sampled several buds on an almost daily basis and the stone was impressive to say the least. Every person that smoked the buds said that it was some of the best bud they had ever seen. Even a police officer commented on how crystally the bud was and asked if I knew where it came from...LOL!!
The stone was a stong buzz that hit immediately. It gave you about enough time to make a meal, get comfortable, and prepare to pass out. You wouldn't necessarily fall asleep, as the buzz prevented you from closing your eyes. It did make you not want to move, which is hard if your an active individual. This is definately movie, tv, end of night type of buzz. One dealer who goes through literally pounds a week commented that it was some of the strongest bud he has smoked, even superior to a white widow he gets thats supposedly an amazing mother. But for all I know its lowrider, or Top44 being sold as "the Chronic"!!..(by the way, check out my chronic, serious seeds grow report. another great strain).
This is definately a plant to grow and keep in the garden. As soon as seedsdirect has bogbubble back in stock I will keep a pack for a later date. Maybe i got lucky with the one female, but if not then there are a lot of pheno's to chose from that hopefully have better growth characteristics.

After growing LSD and Lifesaver and having great results, I decided to grow one of BOGs Bubblegum strains. Out of the 5 seeds I germed 2 turned out to be female, very similar in structure and size. After a four week veg I decided to throw them into flowering. I will say once on 12/12 they may have stretched 6 inches max ALMOST NO STRETCH AT ALL. One plant I cut down at 46 days with the other at 55, not to much difference in the high just a slight increase of yeild. They where grown in 5 gallon dwc buckets with flora series nutes under 600 watts hps.
Here is where I would have to say I was not impressed at all by this strain, first of the taste was very musky, no sweet/bubblegum flavors at all - kinda tasted like funk(not a good one) and second off the yeild buds where very tight but didn't weigh anything at all I yeilded a little over two oz's all together off two plants. I have never had that poor of a yield, ever.
I will say that it is pretty pungent stone quite numbing, I am going to give her another go round to see if I can get better results and may update this report later.
