Breeder's Description - 'White Widow'

Indica/sativa multi-hybrid with indica characteristics, S.O.G. plant.

White Widow made it’s breakthrough in the mid 90’s with its buds so full of resin that it looks "sugared", with a tremendous knock-out stone. Unfortunately it was a low yielding strain. During the last 7 years we succeeded to increase it to a medium yielding strain without losing its tremendous character. The plants can be put on 12/12 hrs after two weeks and they will stay short.

I started out with 4 seeds all of which cracked after 24 hours. I kept the 2 strongest and grew them using a hydroponics water farm system and rockwool. I used an 125w envirolite for veg and a 250w son-t HPS for flowering also used canna nutes.

This was my first grow so i expected it to be kinda poor....To be fair it coulden't have worked out much better. The yield was good at around 10/12 ounces for 2 plants. They were grew in a small 2' sq by around 6' tall. I vegged for 35 days and flowered for 60 *including 10 days water flush* i think i could have went another 10 days as the trics were about 50% milky 50% clear but i harvested it in 2 stages so will let the rest go amber and see if theirs much difference.

Female seeds are an excellent company and their products are very easy to grow, they will take a fair bit of abuse and still bowl you over. As a novice i would definitely recommend them to anyone thats just starting out and is not that confident.

Plants were on 18/6 hour cycle for veg and 12/12 for flowering. They were fed twice a day for 15 mins when young and increased it to 8 times a day toward the end.

I grew White Widow(1 plant)among with 5 other plants under a 430w SON agro bulb. It was definetely the easiest one and a very beautifull fat dark leaf indica, short and bushy. Heavy trichrome production and a pretty good yield.

I planted the seeds directly into the soil. White Widow was the last, showed up after 4-5 days. I vegged the plants for 3 weeks, feeding small doses of biogrow, none have suffered a deficiency and especially White Widow was the healthiest looking plant at the garden (look at the pictures, it's the fat one at the middle). It was 30 cm when putted at 12/12 and ended up 60-70 cm. During flowering i fed only with biobloom, and she kept her nice dark green color until the 9th week when i chopped her.

The odor was strong. I think that her smell(sometimes really stinks)was dominant in the grow room.

The ended product dried was 40g which i think is pretty good for a plant vegged only for 21 days. Nice looking, very crystalized and potend as it seems.The effect is a really relaxing one, but not couchlock. A nice high with no paranoia or anxiety. The taste is soft but not something special.

A strain that it is perfect for new growers , other friends who tried this were very happy and we could notice a uniformity between our plants.

All the plants in the garden were from Female Seeds and all were 100% female.
