Bubblicious was developed in the Midwest, U.S.A. then brought to Holland in the 90's and further refined. Bubblicious grows vigorously and finishes flowering in about 8 weeks. Bubblicious is highly resinous and extra sweet. Certain individuals actually display that distinct pink chewing gum scent and flavor.

Using the paper towel method, I germinated 4/4 seeds. 3/4 had cracked within 24 hours, the 4th within 36 hours.

Seeds were planted in a 60/40 mix of Scotts potting soil and Scotts perlite. Soil was cooked to kill any bugs before planting. Plants were watered as needed with a mixture of:
1 tsp/gallon Epsom salts
1/2 tsp/gallon Schultz liquid plant food. 10-20-10.
Lighting was 250w; 18 hours on, 6 hours off. Temps were around 85* with the light on.

After one month of veg, all 4 were showing preflowers, 2 female, 2 male; males were cut. Of the two females, one was about 12" tall. Pretty short and bush-like. The other was about 16" and more stretched out.

I switched over to 12/12 for about 3 weeks. Then had to switch to 8/16 due to security reasons. After the first 2 weeks of flowering, I started watering them with straight water only. They flowered for 7 weeks, the tall plant reaching just over 3ft, and having to be tied back from the light, the smaller one reached about 2ft.

The shorter plant had all it's colas at almost the same level, making it look like a SCROG grow, but it wasn't trimmed or trained in any way.

The buds all were piled high with crystals, and very sticky to handle.
After drying and trimming, I ended up with 51g of buds from the two plants. It's a very clean tasting smoke, almost no flavor. It takes a couple minutes for it to hit, but it's a nice mellow stone lasting quite a while. Great for if you can't sleep.

I germinated two seeds in a wet paper towel that was in a small tupperware container that was on my DSL modem. All seeds germed within 30 hours. I then planted one in a 1 gallon pot, and the the other one in a 6 inch pot. Later in the grow the one(female) that was growing in the 6inch pot got chopped by someone. So leaving me with my other female in the 1 gallon pot which grew better then the other one having more room for the roots to grow. When it was time to flower I transplanted it to a 3 gallon pot where it stretched double it's size, and packed on the buds.

The bubblelicious grew very fast and vigorous in vegatative growth. The one in the 1 gallon pot grew nice and bushy. The one that was in the 6 inch pot grew straight up and more sative like. I really like this strain for it's ease. I barely payed money for anything. It was a very basic and cheap grow. I used miracle grows all purpose nutes for veg. which it seemed to appreciate very much. I would water it using the weigh method. I was actually surprised at how fast it grew, before I knew it, she had tons of preflowers, and was ready to flower her.

I then transplanted her to a 3 gallon pot of miracle grow. and gave her a good dosage of miracle grows bloom fert. after a little time it started showing MG deff. So I gave it a half teaspoon of epsom salt in a gallon of water, and then she was fine. At the first 2 weeks of flowering it doubled in size real quick. Soon after that it started packing on all the trichomes, and weight it could. It started to concentrate on filling in the buds a lot at the end. I wish I would of gave her 5 more days thinking the buds would of been less fluffy. This was my first harvest, and I learned a lot. I would reccomend this strain for all begining indoor growers, seeing how much I learned from it. I know a lot of right from wrongs now giving me more confidence in my next grow knowing it's going to be better.

I thought It was time to harvest her so I chopped her, manicured her, and seperatly hung on the buds upside down on hangers in my closet for a week. I then put all the buds in glass jars for cure. The finished product was fluffy, very sticky, and lots of orange hairs. When smoked it tasted so sweet and fruity. The high was great, felt the couchlock feeling all over my body and in my head. Great for kicking back with friends. The only thing I was dissapointed with was the yield. I yielded around a skimpy ounce from her. So overall I would say this is a strain for the starters to learn because of it's ease and great female ratios.

I grew all plants in my closet. The space is around 5 x 5 x 5. I used the space blankets as reflective material and a 400 watt HPS floodlight. I used Miracle Grow for the whole grow, and can say IT DOES NOT MAKE THE BUD TASTE BAD. as long as you properly flush. I used Miracle Grow all purpose nutes for vegetative growth, and I used Miracle Grow Bloom fert for flowering. I used the weigh method for when to know to give my plants water again. This was a very basic and cheap grow. It was mostly a learning experience.

PS. The pics of the buds I took right when they were drying. So the pics of the buds are not the cured buds. I smoked them all when I had no batteries for the camera to take pics of them. Very good smoke.

The lone female of 4 beans I had left, this girl was the shining star of my garden. She vegged strong. I flowered all my plants early, this girl grew from about 10" to over 2' before harvest. Bot too picky about nutes or watering, and excellent resin production, I’d recommend this strain to anybody. She could have gone 60 days, but I had to chop early. Her stone is very potent, full body and euphoric.

On July 16th 2004 I germinated 5 seeds of the Nirvana Bubblicious and had 100% success having all 5 crack open. I used FoxFarm ocean forest soil with a small mix of perlite in 16 oz. drinking cups with drainage holes on the bottom to start the seedlings. I acquired a used 400w HPS ballast with a hood from a friend and added a new Hortilux 430w HPS bulb to it, and immediately put the 16 oz. cups under it. About 9 days later the seedlings were transplanted into 6 inch by 9 inch plastic pots, giving them a nice dose of superthrive right after. At this point I was feeding them fox farm grow big in light doses (½ strength). Two weeks later I transplanted them into 11inch by 10 inch pots, again giving them a nice dose of superthrive afterwards by now I beefed up the feedings to normal everyday feeding again with fox farm grow big.

Amazingly just prior to transplanting into 5 gallon buckets, I was astonished to find I was the proud 1st time grower of 4 females and one male (which eventually was destroyed). One and a half weeks after the transplants into the 5 gallon buckets, I flipped from a 20/4 to a 12/12 photo period and prepared for the flowering stage. During flowering i fed them fox farm big bloom and earth juice micro blast in normal doses. The Bubliscious grew tall to about an avg height of 45 inches and the trees eventually got bushier, creating a very impressive canopy. The last two feedings included some tiger bloom I should note. Since this was my first real grow with a decent set up I think I did a great job, I still need to refine my feeding regimen though. I let the Bubblicious flower for exactly 65 days, I then cut the stalks on November 7th 2004 and hung them up to dry naturally with a single fan for 6 days (bone dry).

Thru the entire process my temps never exceeded 78º and never dropped below 66º. I found that these cooler temperatures were key in producing a Trihcome laden canopy and a danky smell.

Unfortunately due to lack of space I had to give a fellow OG-er the runt out fo the four Bubliscious, which made a friend happy and opened up some space for light to shine through. Out of the three plants I yielded a total of 179 grams of bone dry and manicured dank Nirvana Bubblicious buds.

The Nirvana Bubblicious smokes very well, it really surprised me and all my friends because of the cheap price of the seed packs. I honestly didn’t expect such quality and high trichome production from this nirvana seed pack, so it was a pleasant surprise. Smoking my first bowl I immediately was taken over by the musky thick and robust smoke that wasn’t very harsh but eventually made you cough when given the chance to expand in the lungs. Slight to no after taste, yet leaves a nice candy odor lingering in the air. When I open up the jars the whole house is stinking with Bubblicious.

I would like to thank every one who helped me along the way and stopped by my threads, overgrow is truly a unique experience and makes this hobby twice as rewarding, *(*(*(SohcDutch)*)*)*

Started with 4 seeds, all-germed, but 1 was to slow so I chucked it. I planted the other 3 plants then and put them under a 15w flouro. When all three seeds hit the surface, they had purple stems and multi colour leafs, so I knew this was going be a colourful plant! I switched to a 250w HPS 2 weeks into veg.

After 4 weeks the plants were showing sex! 2 females and 1 male. The male was the shortest plant; really tiny it looked 100% indica. I then topped these two females, and re-topped 1 again 10 days later.

I started flowering at 8 weeks. I had spider mite problems by this stage but didn’t want to use to much spray, so not allot I could do about it.

I fed with Terra vegga and flores by the way.

The plants looked very nice, with beautiful purple stems and veins.

When flowering the plants stretched loads, as I had the nodes nice and tight throughout veg. I had to add another fan at the top as the buds had grown right up to the light and were starting to burn.

When I started flowering I had a nute problem though, and the leaves started to go yellow very fast. Not an easy plant to grow.

The plant got covered in loads of hairs and the buds started to swell out, they got much bigger than I thought they would, and more hair growth kept coming over the top of the buds already formed. I tied the buds back from the light and to increase yield some more.

I started a early flush about 3 1/2 weeks b4 finish, and the plants got very colourful, most leaves turned yellow, but some went purple and sum even red! The plant started to stench too, very strong candy smell.

This is the crystallised plant iv grown yet! Lots of big THC crystals all over the plant.

I chopped the plants at 56 days, they could have gone longer but they had lost nearly all leaves. The plant that was chopped twice yielded 1 3/4 oz, and the plant chopped once yielded 1 3/8 oz. I was very impressed with this as my last grow with the same set-up yield 3/4 oz.

The manicured buds looked very special. Great bag appeal, real crystals and colourful.

The smell of a bag of weed is hard to hide! It will stink wherever you go, even in a baggy, in a baggy, in a tin, in a bag. The smell is sweet like candy, with a strong skunk odour underneath.

This is one of the tastiest buds iv tried. All other bud tastes boring compared to this. When I 1st dried it and took it out, skinned up and passed it around my mates, they all said, whoa it tastes of bubblegum, and I didn’t even tell them what it was! Other tastes iv picked up off it some times are like a bubble bath taste, not in a bad way, also one of my mates has described it as a perfume taste.

The stone is quite couch lock but not fully. I have sometimes got that funny feeling you get inside when you take shrooms, if you know what i mean.

Overall id say this is some top bud, looks brilliant, taste great, a good producer, and potent too! Top bud!

Very nice strain. This was my second grow, using Mediumless DWC and the Bubblicious was a very nice, smooth grow. No real problems other than a bit of stretch on one of the plants.

I had 2 that both turned out to be female. One I topped, the other I didn't. The topped plant produced over twice the bud that the untopped plant did, and would have been even more, if it hadn't stretched so much and gotten burnt by the lights, mercilessly.

I tried to put in a ScrOG screen, which worked for a little while, but about a week into flowering the plants were stretching real bad (i think due to the fact that I use CFLs for lighting), some growing 4-6 inches overnight! Some shoots got so big, they were burnt by the lights. They would have been nice big cola's to. It's a shame.

Flowering went on for exactly 8 weeks. Might have even pulled them a day or two earlier. The plants kept fattening up for about the 7th week, into the 8th, but then they stopped, and after inspection with the magnifying glass, trichomes had been changing from cloudy to amber. Time to cut.

Drying took about 4 days, and was very smelly. Not bad smelly, kinda, cut grass smelly. After cutting everything apart I came out with 80.5g between the two plants (24.4 on the untopped plant, and 56.1 on the topped one, which would have been even larger without the burning).

Buds were beautiful and looked sugar coated. The smoke was nice and clean, tasted very good and kept me stoned for a couple of hours. More of a heady high. Don't smoke it if you've got to go to work (that's just a good general rule anyways, unless it's friday, you ain't got no job, and you've got nothing to do).

I'd recommend Bubblicious to any grower looking for a nice easy plant, with great results and minimal issues.

My setup is two 31gallon rubbermaid containers, one stacked upside down on top of the other. In the top rubbermaid container, are 6 CFL lights of varying Wattage and Temperature rating. Two 85W 6500k lights, two 45W 3400k lights, and two 23W 2700k lights. With mylar covering the inside of the top container and a 92mm computer fan for exhaust.

In the bottom rubbermaid, I had a DWC container. When the seedlings were small, they were in a 6Liter container with an airpump and airstone. Once I switched to 12/12 the larger plants moved to a 10Gallon DWC res with 2 airpumps and airstones. The plants were held in cut pool noodles that fit into holes cut into the top lid of the 10gallon DWC.
A ScrOG screen was attached, but not utilized to it's full potential and some plants quickly overgrew and reached the lights, burning themselves, mercilessly.

General Hydroponics 3 part GMB nutrients were used in the "Lucas" formula of 0-5-10 mL/gal G-M-B for veg, and 0-8-16 for flower. Res was topped up with pH'd water and nute combinations, and water was only changed during the switch from Veg to Flower.

Light Cycle was 24/0 all through veg with 170w of Cool Blue CFLs, and 12/12 for Flower with 306w Mixed Spectrum lights. Veg for 28 days (4 weeks) and Flower for 56 day (8 weeks). Plants were done. checking trichomes on my 60x magnification thing, most trichs were cloudy, with many amber.
