VEG: 18 hours on 6 hours off
Germed two seeds in damp tissue . 100% germination , both were female. vegged in soil with 20 % perlight under 110 w compact floros . The seedlings remained nice and compact during veg with very short internodal length. when topped the side branching goes crazy. This strain is excellent for scrog . Took 2 clones off each plant which rooted easily in 1 inch plastic baskets filled with soil/perlight mix, in a small propergator, took about 10 days for roots to show. Clones vegged easily , although i noticed they showed more sativa traits due to genetic maturation and were therefore more open in structure than the seedlings. not a problem, once topped the clones bushed out nicely.
Flower: 12/12 (250 w hps)
both plants looked Very similar
pheno 1:slightly longer internodal length and a shade lighter colour, the leaves on this pheno were slightly wider during veg and early flower . This pheno was faster (i harvest this one about day 45 -47)
pheno 2: darker, shorter internodal lengh, slightly longer flowering.
both plants developed buds that were small initialy but heavily frosted, even the lower buds are loaded with frosty trichomes. The bud leaves are also covered , especially at the edges, i wish my camera could pick this up better. stems can be thin and bendy and mine needed supporting under the weight of the buds, a screen would be ideal.
Smell increased during late flower to a light sweet citrus aroma.

both phenos produced crystaly buds with an intense citrus taste the difference was mainly in the highs...
pheno 1: what struck me about this high was how balanced it is....like certain high frequencies turned to full volume , with no distortion ...if that makes sense...im prone to paranioa , but there was none of that going on , although i realised loads of jobs i hadn't done , worked out the best way to do them and did it! very creative and energising. Potent..and Low tolerance ..was busy for weeks
pheno 2: As above , but with a slight spacey stoney edge to it , a little skunky....a little paranioa sometimes .

I only started 5 of 10 seeds, 100% germed.
Only two girls, but one very robust male.
Plants were easy to grow.
Very fast ripening: 50 days for a sticky sativa bud-filled plant.
One of the best plants I have ever grown... A real pleasure.
The smoke is a favorite of a few chums who've tried it.
I use pro mix bx modified w/ dolomite lime, perlite and vermiculite.

Veg. w/ Miracle Grow Tomatos: 1 scant teaspoon pr gallon wtr.
Flower w/ Peters Super Blossom Booster w/ nutrigrow also 1 teaspoon pr. gallon water. Plants fed w/ each watering/ also used Fulvic acid with each feeding thru veg cycle. Fulvic used only as foliar feed while flowering -once- 1 week before harvest.

Germed 6 out 10 seeds
4 males and 2 females were the results and easily popped in 48 HRS.
One female was wack and the other is sweet oh sweet and will be around for a while longer!!
Anywho they tend to get very stretchy in the first 3 weeks of 12/12.
A great SCROG strain as the lower branching will out do the tops if trained to do so.
Smell during flowering is not bad at all but kinda like sweet flowery smell.
From seed expect to wait at least 50-60 days to maturity.
From clone I can get her done in an easy 40-45 days of 12/12 with about 80% cloudy trichs.
All in all she is GREAT daytime smoke that never has a come down and is kind of like a cup of coffee.
Joints taste like juicy fruit gum and are tasty all the way to the roach.
Bubble hash is a must with this plant as she will have trichs on some larger fan leafs all the way to the tips.

Started out with 6 seeds 6/6 germination. 2 died at 3rd week from serious nute burn. 2 more died due to an extremely hot box. Of the remaining 2, 1 showed balls.
Very easy to grow! Took a LOT of abuse. Over/underfed everything about her. She kept going every time. I would have clones but inexperience in cloning crushed that aspiration. Lower branches actually reached out for light! Very Christmas tree looking. Excellent for SCROG. I was very squeamish about nutes as I burned her early, so I was light on nutes the whole grow. Overall, very easy grow, again. She grew herself really.
SMOKE :
WOW! One of those wake up, smoke a bowl and everything's all good until lunchtime. Very productive high. Came up with some very good ideas on Apollo 11 G4! Tasted like some kind of fruity, airy... Stuff! The hash I made from the trim was out of this world!

Seeds popped easily using the paper towel method. Transferred to propagator for a week - then transferred to 3 inch pots and put under 110w fluorescent lights.
Plants were all short and stocky with the nodes coming so tightly packed together. The stems and stalks are bendy and will put up with a lot of punishment and so are ideal for training ruthlessly. I had to as I was growing in a cupboard. Good for cupboard and general stealth grows.
Vegged longer than planned (7 weeks), still hadn't shown sex by this time so put all 5 plants into flower. A week later 2 showed female signs, the rest were binned.
The girls were trained heavily and topped twice during growing and have to say they showed no negative signs at all
Smell was only minimal even when flowering - but don't knock them, they'll stink for a bit.
I was impressed with the rate of flowering. The buds were quite impressive after just 1 month of flowering, they filled out nicely with the second month.

Apollo 11 G4's were extremely easy to cultivate with little maintence needed. A11 took every watering/feeding without showing any sign of losing health. If you can keep the Ph stable this plant will be one of the easiest to grow. For a sativa the 55-56 days to flower is awesome. Yield is average to above average I would say. I grew in some what SOG style setup (didn't push the apical dominant growth in other words I left them branch to their desire filling in all available space) using 2gallon grow bags with the entire line of Fox Farms fertilizers. I narrowed my selection down to a very sweet lemony girl with insane branching. No need to top this strain at all as it will provide branch after branch and fill in any space given to it. The clones off this mother yielded a good 60-70 grams per sq foot and it had to be some of the most tastiest and potent bud I have had the enjoyment of smoking. Find a vaporizor if you can as the taste is outta this world right to the end of pack.
