Breeder's Description - 'Durban Poison'
|
Imported from South Africa, produced in Holland. Exclusively inbred, never hybridized, 100% Sativa. Large long budleaves, buds are also large and long with lots of resin. A sweet licorice or anise flavor. "Up" high similar to Thai. High yields. Well suited for outcrossing with late bloomers to produce earlier flowering. Also does very well under artificial light. A very popular variety.

Classic micro-grow box- 3 1/2 feet high, 1 1/2 feet wide, 2 feet long.
–Veg--
From early April to late May.
3 x 26w cfls, small fan blowing over them.
Topped at 3 weeks.
Trained heavy at 4-5weeks.
–Flowering--
70 days flowering under 104 watt cfls with the same fan.
Continued training 2 weeks into flower.
Started flowering with 2 plants, one turned male, and one female.
I chopped the male and gave the female the entire box.
She started flowering real late, 15 days in she showed. probally due to the cfls and heavy training.
Plant never got taller than a foot and a half, you can see how I trained it from pics.
