Kannabiksen luokitus nousee Englannissa?
Uusi pääministeri Brown on ensitöikseen nostamassa kannabiksen rangaistusluokkaa. Transform Drug policy Foundation pitää nostoaikeita poliittisena pisteiden keräämisenä, sillä rangaistavuuden lisäämisellä ei saada mitään myönteistä aikaan:
"It is the criminalisation of cannabis, and the unregulated illegal markets this creates, that is responsible for increasing the harms associated with its supply and use. If the Government is serious about reducing harm they should legally regulate the trade and use their limited resources to educate young people about the risks."
Myös kannabiksen vaaroista varoitellut Rethink-järjestön Paul Corry on kannabiksen luokituksen nostamista vastaan:
Paul Corry, director of public affairs at mental health charity Rethink, which has warned of the dangers of cannabis, said the government was exerting its energies in the wrong place.
"Any movement to reclassify cannabis would be a waste of time and resource," he said.
"All the evidence shows the risk of mental illness and that the criminal justice system is not able to deal with that. A long-term and sustained public health campaign is needed.
"What's not good is criminalising a group of people at risk of developing mental illnes"

Kyllä tollaset paikat on suhteellisen stealtheja jos poliisitkaa ei pääse sinne ilman pelastuslaitoksen apua. Kannattaa kattoo toi video. Aika terveen näköistä hamppua saa noilla leveyksillä kasvamaan. Noi haastatellut oli hyviä, kun ne näytti ihan siltä et nyt ois niitten ulkokasvatus projekti bustattu.
